Photoshop Tips

Look like real, or toy. You can easily achive this result with tilt and shift lens which cost easily between 1 to 3k. A lensbaby might be able able to do such job too. Here is a express way to achive. Take a photo in a very high angle. blur alway parts that you don't want. Long story short, do a search in youtube and flickr. Fake tilt and shift. Just for fun.
